Return Period
Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase (online) or 15 days (in-store) with receipt.
Condition Requirements
Products must be unused, unopened, with original packaging intact. Tags must be attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened cosmetics, personal hygiene products, and used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Exchange Options
Defective products can be exchanged for the same item. Size/color exchanges where applicable.
Refund Method
Refunds issued to original payment method. Cash purchases refunded in cash. Card payments back to card.
How to Return a Product
Step-by-step return process.
Step 1: Check Eligibility
Within return period? Unopened & with receipt? If yes, proceed to return.
Step 2: In-Store Returns
Bring the product with receipt to any Gratis store. Staff will process the return at register.
Step 3: Online Returns
Log into gratis.com → 'Siparişlerim' → select order → request return. Ship back via cargo.
Step 4: Receive Refund
In-store refunds are immediate. Online refunds may take 5-10 business days.
